Access to RNAi Collections

The RNAi Core Facility currently supports the Human and Mouse GIPZ and TRC shRNA libraries.  We provide fast, economical, and easy access to the libraries for use in your gene knockdown experiments.  The lentiviral shRNA vectors are provided as agar stabs and are available for pick-up the following business day, Tuesday through Friday.  Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. are processed the next business day.  Each order includes positive and negative controls for their respective vector.  Please see Forms and Rates for information on ordering and pricing.

Lentivirus Production (coming soon)

In addition to providing access to the shRNA libraries, the RNAi Core Facility will produce lentivirus upon request.  Please check back for additional details coming soon.
